SERVICES

Currently I am only offering services via online Telehealth sessions*. I have been utilizing this modality since March 2020 and have found that clients quite enjoy the convenience of having sessions from the comfort of their own home. It has also been easier to meet clients despite environmental barriers such as illness or inclement weather. If you have not tried Telehealth services before, I can help get you started. Only a computer or phone with a camera and a reliable internet connection is required.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

Dialectical Behavior Therapy

Together, we focus on building skills in four key areas: mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Life Transitions

Life transitions—whether planned or unexpected—can bring a mix of uncertainty, stress, and emotional overwhelm. Therapy for Teens

Therapy offers teens a safe, supportive space to express themselves, build healthy coping skills, and navigate life with more clarity and confidence. Together, we work on managing stress, improving communication, strengthening self-esteem, and developing emotional regulation skills. My approach helps teens feel heard, understood, and empowered as they move through this important stage of life.
